Holiday Magic

First off, our little guy is already two months old. He's such a happy boy, and he's growing like crazy! He loves looking at people's faces, especially his sister's in the last few weeks. He's starting to grasp things and makes cooing noises as he smiles. All of us seem to fall more in love with him every day, and if you ask us, he gets cuter every day, too. We're not biased or anything :)

2 Month Stats
Height: 23.25 in (59th percentile)
Weight: 13 lbs 10 oz (78th percentile)
Head Circumference: 41 cm (93rd percentile)

2 Month Check Up
Poor guy had some eye issues that morning with his clogged tear duct.

Our Precious Baby Boy

Having a toddler who is excited about Christmas trees, lights, warm apple cider, Santa, Rosie the Elf (on our Shelf), carols, reindeer, and pretty much all festive things has me truly in the holiday spirit this year. And it goes further than spirit now... it's really magic. Watching her light up at the littlest things and embracing every detail of Christmas this season is magical. I wish I could bottle it all up so I could relive it every year. Since I can't, I'm trying hard to live in the moment with both her and my little baby who's growing so quickly. It's such a special time in our lives. And I'll also throw in that it's an exhausting time in our lives, too! Wouldn't want it any other way...

Hangin' with Our Pacies
"I'm playing laundry, Mommy. And Jackson is cold."
Splashing around at Little Hands
Ella was as happy as California to see the rain- Ha!
Christmas tree cookie on our shopping trip where we had lunch watching Santa from afar at Stanford.

Christmas Tree Time!

Ella "helped" Daddy put the lights up.

Meet Rosie, Our Elf on the Shelf!

Ella made her first gingerbread house with Grandma, Megan & Josh. There was a whole lot of tasting going on among the decorating and Christmas carols.

Cousins Shot + Chris... Ella wasn't so sure about Santa.
First Family Breakfast with Santa
Here are other pictures from our first Breakfast with Santa in Dublin. The Dublin High Jazz Band and Choir performing Christmas carols, pancakes and sausage, and a great Santa and Mrs. Claus (despite Ella's skepticism of Santa) got us in the spirit. Too bad Grandma was sick- we missed her!

Ella, Everett, and I visited my grandparents for some quality one-on-one time. We had so much fun playing music and dancing, having lunch and special snacks, watching movies, and catching up at both houses. These photos and Grandma Barbie's video capture the special time we shared.

I didn't get pictures at Grandma Barbie's house, but I got this awesome video:

Chris recently spent time in the studio recording Ocean Royal's next demo. He had a blast to say the least-- Stay tuned :)
